Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Plans

Lead CRM offers Monthly, Quarterly and Annual subscriptions.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically delete customer data.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical billing errors
  • Failed activation
  • Service unavailability caused solely by Lead CRM

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
