Lead CRM provides:

  • Team Collaboration
  • API Integrations
  • Marketing Integrations
  • Reporting
  • Workflow Automation

Features may change without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep passwords confidential
  • Maintain account security
  • Notify us of unauthorized access

Users are responsible for all activities under their accounts.

4. Subscription

Certain services require paid subscriptions.

Subscriptions may be:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annual

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed.

5. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

6. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of the data they upload.

Lead CRM acts as a service provider for processing customer data solely to deliver the agreed services.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Maintenance windows may temporarily affect access.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, logos, source code, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Lead CRM and its licensors.

9. Third-Party Services

Integrations with external services are governed by the respective providers' terms and policies.

Lead CRM is not responsible for third-party service availability or functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead CRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid during the preceding twelve (12) months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Security risks
  • Legal requirements

Upon termination, access to the Platform may cease.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during the business relationship.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in your chosen jurisdiction (e.g., Hyderabad, Telangana) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
